To record A/R & A/P in QBO and Desktop using FedNow Real-Time Payments On-Demand Payments, you can follow the below steps:

In QBO, create a new invoice for the customer or bill for the vendor.

Enter the details of the transaction, including the amount to be paid and any other relevant information.

Click on the "Receive Payment" button in the invoice or "Pay Bill" button in the bill.

Select "FedNow Real-Time Payment" as the payment method and enter the necessary details, such as the customer or vendor's bank account information.

Click on the "Record Payment" button to complete the transaction.

In Desktop, create a new invoice for the customer or bill for the vendor.

Enter the details of the transaction, including the amount to be paid and any other relevant information.

Click on the "Receive Payments" icon in the invoice or "Pay Bills" icon in the bill.

Select "FedNow Real-Time Payment" as the payment method and enter the necessary details, such as the customer or vendor's bank account information.

Click on the "OK" button to complete the transaction.
